Synopsis
What do you do, and where do you run to when you are afraid? David says in Psalm 56:3, "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you". The prophet Isaiah says in Isaiah 26:3, "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you". This peace can only come from God, as Jesus Christ says in John 14:27, "... my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you ...". The peace which Christ gives is infinitely more valuable than that which the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, trust in Jesus Christ!
