A good inquiry and an amazing exhortation

"Lord, will those who are saved be few?" This is an important question coming from a heart that was merely curious and speculative. The Lord Jesus Christ gives an amazing and gracious exhortation in response to this question, placing the responsibility upon the listener – we ought to make it our personal responsibility and priority to strive to enter the Kingdom and seek to secure the eternal interest of our souls before God. The LORD says in Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart". However, we must take heed of the warning given to us concerning the limited time, for "once the master of the house has risen and shut the door...", it will be too late. For those that have entered through the narrow door, O how great and wonderful are the things that are promised for them! When The LORD Jesus Christ comes back, will you be found among His people?
